The Dashboard, or Home page, is the easiest way to search for a customer or an account, as well as track exceptions, loan applications and keep up to date with AccuSystems News.
The Panels that can be shown on the Dashboard include:
- Quick Search - Gives the user the ability to search for specific criteria; as you type it will populate options based upon the data within AccuAccount.
- AccuDoc - If AccuDoc is used by the bank, the user will have the ability to link directly into AccuDoc.
- My Active Exceptions - Shows the total active exceptions tied to specific customers and account for the user signed in to AccuLoan. This also provides a direct link to the customer or account profile.
- My Pending Credit Analysis - Shows any Pending Credit Analysis that are associated with the user who is signed in.
- My Pending Loan Approvals - This panel shows the Pending Approvals that are assigned to the user who is signed in.
- Approved Applications to be Booked - Shows a list of Applications that have been approved and are ready to be booked in AccuAccount as a Loan.
- My Active Loan Application - Shows the Loan Applications that the user signed in is associated with.
- AccuSystems News - This panel will link directly to the support website, AccuSystems Newletters, Tutorials, and other help links.
- View Uploads - View the documents currently sitting in the user's "Uploads" folder on the server
*Quick Search and AccuSystems News are default panels and cannot be removed from the Dashboard page.
*Each User will have their Dashboard set up the way they would like to view the panels within it. The next section, Edit Dashboard Preferences, will explain how these can be set up.
